Every Laysan order is packed and shipped by hand from Colorado.
We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
If there is ever a delay with your order, we'll reach out as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition.
- Include all original packaging and tags.
- Be free of damage, dirt, odors, or signs of wear.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you when your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Golf Gloves
Because golf gloves are considered a wearable item, they may only be returned if they are new, unworn, and unmarked.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number and a few photos of the issue, and we'll make it right as quickly as possible.
